Montgomery Classic Construction works directly with clients to design, plan and build a high quality home that’s never been built before. Our small, four person firm has a combined 75 years of home building experience and project management that allows us to set realistic expectations and make the kind of decisions that matter. When you work with us you get our undivided attention throughout the entire home building process. This personable approach gives us the opportunity to better understand your needs but most importantly deliver on your vision. Our goal is to make the process enjoyable for everyone while building a home that is uniquely yours.
Montgomery Classic Construction builds twelve to fourteen original homes per year primarily along the Old Hillsboro corridor from Forest Hills to Leipers Fork and over to Franklin.

Montgomery Classic Construction works directly with clients, designers and architects to plan, design and build your classic home. A home which has never been built before, nor will ever be built again. Your four person team has been together for a combined 75 years. These 75 years, along with our approach, allow us to give you a clear understanding of what to expect from a financial and visual standpoint.
We work with 12 to 14 clients per year primarily along the Old Hillsboro Road corridor from Leiper’s Fork, Franklin, Brentwood, to Green Hills/ Belle Meade.
